Trump Media Partners with Crypto.com to Launch Digital Asset ETFs

Trump Media & Technology Group is collaborating with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to launch digital asset-focused ETFs under the “Truth” brand. These offerings will combine digital assets with American securities, aiming for availability in various global markets. Regulatory approval is pending, and TMTG plans to invest $250 million in the venture.

Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), operator of Truth Social, is partnering with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to launch a series of digital asset-focused exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This collaboration aims to create ETFs that combine investments in digital assets with “Made in America” securities from various sectors, including energy. These products are anticipated to be available to investors in the U.S., Europe, and Asia later this year, pending regulatory approval.
TMTG has taken steps towards this initiative by applying to trademark six investment products under the Truth.Fi brand, which encompasses ETFs and managed accounts focusing on American manufacturing and energy independence, along with Bitcoin investments. TMTG CEO Devin Nunes expressed enthusiasm for this partnership, indicating it signifies the company’s strategic entry into the financial services sector.
Kris Marszalek, CEO of Crypto.com, underscored the partnership as a demonstration of their capability to connect traditional and digital financial markets. Yorkville CEO Troy Rillo described the collaboration as a crucial achievement aligned with an America-First perspective. The distribution of the ETFs will be managed by Crypto.com’s broker-dealer subsidiary, Foris Capital US LLC, while TMTG plans to invest up to $250 million of its capital into these new offerings, with custody managed by Charles Schwab.
